Adaptive Prosthetic and Orthotic Technologies, Inc. (APO Tech) was founded in 2006, by Richard “DJ” Butler, CPO and Amanda Butler, CPO with a philosophy of patient oriented care. Our approach focuses on spending the necessary time with each patient leading to better results and outcomes.

Our staff is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotic, Prosthetics & Pedorthtics (ABC) and has advanced training in the most technologically advanced products including Microprocessor Knee Units, Myoelectric Upper Extremity devices including the i-Limb and BeBionic Multi-Articulated hands, Stance phase KAFO’s, Scoliosis bracing, cosmetic Silicone restoration, etc.

We offer full-time office hours at our office in Brockton, MA. Our facility is also is ABC Certified, handicap- accessible, with a full service on site laboratory for fabrication and adjustments. We design and manufacture most custom devices in house. Each device is expertly crafted to your exact measurements.

If you have a unique situation, challenge us to develop an orthosis or prosthesis to precisely fit your needs. We specialize in gait analysis. We do not charge for consultations or visits, but only the device that we provide. We take pride in providing individualized prompt care.
